Having grown up between the Caribbean and the United States, my passion for languages and the intricacies of social dynamics became evident. The fascinating interplay between cultures captivated me, as I discovered both the similarities and subtle yet profound differences that exist among us. What truly exhilarates me is witnessing the power of honest and effective communication in bringing it all together. This realization ignited a lifelong dedication to empowering others to communicate harmoniously, encompassing not only linguistic proficiency but also the vital aspects of social and cultural interaction.
Following my university studies, I embarked on a remarkable journey of over fifteen years with an esteemed international language organization. This experience provided me with comprehensive pedagogical training, enabling me to proficiently address diverse areas of English language proficiency and social communication skills. Whether in academia, professional or technical realms, or interpersonal connections, I acquired invaluable expertise. However, as time passed, I yearned for a fresh challenge, and it was the encouragement of numerous students that inspired me to establish my own coaching company. Teaching has always held a special place in my heart, gradually evolving into a passion for coaching.
Now, with more than two decades of experience as an English language educator and social communication skills coach, my journey has spanned four countries across two continents. While my background boasts a strong academic foundation encompassing Software Engineering, English Literature, Business Administration, NLP, and CBT, it is the immersive experience of living and coaching in diverse cultural contexts that has truly shaped me as an educator. This profound exposure fuels my unwavering focus on not only achieving grammatical accuracy in English but also cultivating clear and impactful interpersonal communication skills.
